Swap Polygon (POL) Without KYC
Polygon (POL) is the token of the Polygon ecosystem. It replaced MATIC in September 2024: POL now pays gas on Polygon PoS and is used for staking. Existing MATIC could be upgraded to POL, and most exchanges converted balances for their users automatically.
POL exists in two main places. On the Polygon network it is the native gas coin. On Ethereum it is an ERC-20 token. This site's POL routes use ERC-20 POL on Ethereum, so the deposit must come from Ethereum and the payout goes to an Ethereum address. If your POL is on the Polygon network, bridge it to Ethereum first; sending native Polygon POL to an Ethereum deposit address will not match your order.
As with any ERC-20 token, sending POL on Ethereum costs gas in ETH, so keep some ETH in the same wallet. Old MATIC tokens are a separate contract; if your wallet still shows MATIC, upgrade it before swapping.
